A guide to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification

After signing up with Sinegy, you'll need to complete identity verification before you can make a deposit to purchase cryptocurrency. Follow these steps to verify your identity:

1. Sign in to your Sinegy account.

2 . Navigate to Account tab.

3. Select Account Verification.

4. Choose the KYC level you want:

• Tier 1: ID and selfie verification, with a funding limit of MYR 10,000.
• Tier 2: ID, selfie, and proof of address (dated within the past 90 days), with a funding limit of MYR 300,000.
• Tier 3: Enhanced due diligence with additional document submission, allowing a funding limit of MYR 1 million.

5. Fill in your basic information.
6. Upload documents required
7. Select Submit
