To help our international users, here are the lists of countries that require special attention based on the latest updates from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and the United Nations (UN) as of July 2025.
Please review these lists carefully, as our services have specific restrictions based on risk level.
🛑 Prohibited Countries (Highest-Risk)
In line with international regulations and our internal risk policy, we cannot accept users, open accounts, or process any transactions for individuals or entities residing in or connected to the following countries:
- Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK, or North Korea)
- Iran
- Myanmar
Any attempt to open an account or process transactions from these jurisdictions will be rejected.
⚠️ Increased-Risk Countries & Jurisdictions
While not prohibited, users and transactions from these countries require Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). This means we must perform extra identity and background checks. Delays in account opening or transaction processing may occur.
