How do I make a fiat deposit?

Here’s how to deposit fiat into your Sinegy account:

1. Log in into your Sinegy account
2. Navigate to Wallet ➡️ Deposits ➡️ Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

3. Select your deposit method. We accept deposits via bank transfer and FPX.
4. If using bank transfer:
Transfer funds to the Sinegy bank account.

Upload your deposit details, including proof of transfer.

5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
6. Deposits made via bank transfer typically take 1–2 hours to reflect in your account. This applies to transactions made on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
