Fiat (MYR) deposit via Bank Transfer

Here’s how to deposit fiat (MYR) into your Sinegy account:

1. Log in into your Sinegy account
2. Navigate to Wallet ➡️ Deposits ➡️ Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

3. Select your deposit method. We accept deposits via bank transfer and FPX.
4. Transfer funds to the Sinegy bank account.

 

Upload your deposit details, including proof of transfer.

5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
6. Deposits made via bank transfer on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically credited to your account within 1–2 hours.

7. Deposits made via bank transfer on weekends and public holidays will be processed and credited on the next business day.
