To ensure your funds move safely and instantly, you must use a service that explicitly supports the Bitcoin Lightning Network.
1. Trusted Mobile Wallets (Self-Custody)
These are non-custodial apps that give you full control over your funds. They are excellent for fast deposits and withdrawals to our exchange.
Phoenix Wallet
Muun Wallet
Wallet of Satoshi
Strike
2. Global Exchanges (VASPs)
When withdrawing from our platform to another exchange, you will be asked to name the Beneficiary VASP. The following major global exchanges currently support Lightning Network transactions:
Binance
Kraken
Coinbase
OKX
Bitfinex
Note:
Bitcoin transactions (including Lightning) are irreversible. Once you click send, the funds cannot be recovered if sent to the wrong invoice or a non-supported wallet.
Lightning transactions depend on "liquidity" and routing paths. While rare, a transaction may occasionally fail if a path cannot be found. If this happens, your funds will remain in your originating wallet.
Ensure your external wallet or exchange fully supports the Lightning Network before initiating a transfer. We are not responsible for funds sent to incompatible standard Bitcoin (on-chain) addresses via the Lightning network selection.
The wallets and exchanges mentioned in this guide are independent third-party services. We do not provide technical support for external apps and are not liable for their performance or security.
