How do I make a withdrawal?

There are 2 withdrawal methods on our platform.

• Cryptocurrency withdrawal
• Local Bank Withdrawal: MYR withdrawal into your local bank account

Cryptocurrency Withdrawal

1.Navigate to Wallet ➡️ Withdrawals.

2. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to transfer.

3. Enter your destination address

4. Input the amount you wish to transfer
5. Request an OTP for verification, which will be sent to your registered email address.
6. Tick the box to confirm you’ve read and accepted the terms and conditions.
7. Click Submit to complete the process.

Local Bank Withdrawal

Follow these steps to withdraw fiat funds from your Sinegy account to your local bank account:

1. Navigate to Wallet ➡️ Withdrawals.

2. Choose Malaysian Ringgit(MYR)

3. Select your withdrawal method ➡️ Bank transfer.
If your bank account is not already registered, add it.
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
5. Click Submit.

Note : Withdrawals are processed only on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times vary by bank; some banks may complete payments within a few hours, while others may take up to two business days. Unfortunately, these times are beyond our control.
